Track which ads drive Calendly bookings

TrackBee captures every Calendly booking and sends lead events to Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, so your ads optimise for real leads, not just clicks.

Built for Shopify. Connects in about 5 minutes. No code required.

The problem

You can't see which ads drive your Calendly bookings

Someone clicks your ad, lands on your site and books a call through Calendly. By the time they book, the trail from ad to booking is usually gone. So you keep paying for clicks without knowing which campaigns actually bring in the leads.

  • Calendly bookings happen in an embed or on a Calendly page, off to the side of your pixel, so the click that led to them is easy to lose.
  • There is no built-in way to send a booking back to Meta, Google, TikTok or Pinterest as a conversion event.
  • Your campaigns end up optimising for page views and clicks, not the calls that actually turn into customers.
How TrackBee fixes it

Every Calendly booking, sent to every ad platform

Three parts working together, so Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest optimise on real booked calls instead of raw clicks.

All four ad platforms at once

One connection sends your booking events to Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest at the same time. You do not have to wire up each platform separately.

Set up in about five minutes

Create a Calendly token, paste it into TrackBee, and you are done. It works with both personal and team Calendly accounts, and every booking is tracked.

Optimise for bookings, not clicks

Once the platforms receive real lead events, their algorithms learn which audiences actually book calls and go find more of them. That means a lower cost per lead and better quality calls.

How it works

Every demo tied back to the ad that earned it

TrackBee links each Calendly booking to the ad click that started it, then forwards a lead event to every ad platform you have connected.

First-touch attribution on every booking

Each Calendly invitee is matched back to the original fbclid, gclid, ttclid or epik that brought them in, even when the call is booked days later. No more "(direct)" sitting next to your best leads.

Server-side lead events to your ad platforms

The moment a call is booked, TrackBee fires a server-side lead event to Meta's Conversions API, Google Ads, TikTok's Events API and Pinterest's Conversions API. Each event is enriched with first-party data, like the invitee's hashed email, so every platform can match it to a real person.

How to turn it on

  1. 1In Calendly, open Integrations and Apps, then API and Webhooks, and create a personal access token.
  2. 2Open the TrackBee dashboard and select your store.
  3. 3Paste your Calendly token into the integration settings.
  4. 4Pick which ad platforms should receive the lead events (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest).
  5. 5Lead events start showing up in each platform within minutes of the next booking.
Good to know: Calendly's API access needs the Professional plan or higher. Once it is connected, both personal and team bookings are tracked.
FAQ and support

Questions about Calendly and TrackBee

TrackBee connects to Calendly with your API token and picks up every new booking. It matches each booking back to the ad click that started it, using the fbclid, gclid, ttclid or epik on the visitor, then sends a server-side lead event to the ad platforms you have connected: Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.

Meta through the Conversions API, Google Ads as a conversion action, TikTok through the Events API, and Pinterest through the Conversions API. If those platforms are already connected in TrackBee, your Calendly bookings flow to all of them with no extra setup per platform.

You need a Calendly plan that gives you a personal access token, which is API access. That starts on Calendly's Professional plan. You can check under Integrations and Apps, then API and Webhooks, to see whether you can generate a token on your account.

Yes. As long as the token comes from someone with the right permissions, TrackBee tracks bookings across the whole team. Every booking is tied back to the original ad click, whichever team member's calendar it lands on.

In real time. The moment a booking is confirmed in Calendly, TrackBee fires the lead event, and it usually lands in Meta Events Manager, Google Ads and the other platforms within a few minutes.
